Place your order today and the sparklers and or poppers will ship tomorrow! (Monday-Friday). Sparklers and Poppers ship out of our warehouse in Ohio. These items can only be shipped by UPS Ground and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, or Canada.

Please note that all fees charged are quoted in US dollars unless paid through Paypal.
Most non-personalized items ship within 3-7 business days from when your order was placed. Product descriptions may provide an estimated delivery time. Personalized products may require up to longer so please see the individual item for details.
We use UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States. We've found that UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers.
If your package weighs under 16 oz, we use UPS Mail Innovations. This service offers economy shipping rates but please allow 4 to 7 business days for delivery. All orders are shipped from multiple warehouse locations in the US and Canada.
All orders delivered to Canadian addresses via the prepaid customs option are shipped once weekly. We've found the most cost-effective way to ship to our Canadian customers is to consolidate shipments and minimize both import duties and taxes. Consolidation adds up to 5 additional days for shipping.
We do ship worldwide to all countries. Please be aware of any Duties/Taxes that may be incurred on your package(s) due to your countries customs/import laws. Please allow up to 21 business days to receive your order. Once your order is shipped, you will be provided a tracking #.

International Buyers Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of New York.

Rush Orders
If you would like to request a rush order for any items send us an email. We can ship 2nd day air or overnight in most cases and to most destinations for an additional charge. It will be our pleasure to accommodate you whenever possible.

Guarantee/Returns
We pride ourselves in carrying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return almost anything except personalized or edible items for any reason or no reason. We want you to be happy with the wedding favors for your most special day!

Returns
Please send an email to donald@wedclix.net within 30 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 30 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. Returns received past 30 days will not be returned nor credited.

Damages
Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there is any damage, please call 585-993-8212 at your earliest convenience, but no later than 7 days after the package was delivered. Keep the original box, packaging materials, as well as any paperwork that came in the box. We suggest that you email us a digital photograph of the damaged box and/or items. A customer relations advisor will help you file a claim with UPS if needed.

No Minimum Order Requirement!
We have no minimum order requirement for most of our favors. Feel free to order a sample%u2014and don't forget to ask us for ideas. We can help you select the perfect favor!

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Check. Money Order and Google Checkout.

Returned Check Fee
If you pay us by check and the check is returned, we will bill you through paypal for the amount of the order + a returned check fee of $25.00. This is a fee that our bank charges us for the NSF check.
